Fees are due and payable in full at the time of service rendered. We will accept cash, check, and credit card. Copays are collected at the time of the visit. If you are unable to pay at the time of the visit, discuss payment options with our billing and insurance office. We will ask to see/copy your insurance card at each visit due to the number of changes that occur with policy numbers and coverage.
